Terms of Use
Clear rules for commissioning work, using the materials we produce, and what each side can expect from the collaboration.
Roby Wolf provides brand identity development, visual storytelling, art direction, logo design, packaging design, social media templates, and brand guideline documents for independent professionals and small cultural projects. Each engagement is defined by a written proposal that outlines deliverables, timeline, and the number of revision rounds included.
You agree to provide timely feedback, supply all necessary brand materials and reference points, and ensure that any text, imagery, or trademarks you share are yours to use. Delays in feedback may shift the project schedule, and we will confirm any adjusted dates in writing before proceeding.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you. The studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless a separate non-disclosure agreement is signed. Draft concepts, unused explorations, and internal working files remain the property of Roby Wolf.
The studio is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party claims arising from the use of the deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. While we aim for accuracy in all materials, final responsibility for trademark clearance and legal compliance rests with the client.
Either party may end the engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date is billed at the agreed hourly or project rate. Revision rounds are specified in the proposal; additional changes beyond that scope are quoted separately. Unused revision rounds do not carry over to other projects.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect how the studio operates. The current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. For questions about these terms, contact us at info@robywolf.com.
